An app for Bitrix24 — deals and leads
Bitrix24 won't let you email the supplier. So you email them from Outlook, and the deal tells half the story.
MailAnyone is an app for Bitrix24 that lets you send an email from a deal or a lead to any address. A supplier, a subcontractor, a surveyor — someone who is not a contact on the record and is not a Bitrix24 user. It sends from your own company mailbox, it adds nobody to your CRM, and the reply comes back into the same deal.
Bitrix24's own recipient field only offers the contacts already attached to the record. MailAnyone adds a tab next to it where the recipient is simply an address you type.

Suppliers, subcontractors, surveyors, hauliers, the architect who has the drawing you need. One recipient or several, with Cc, with attachments from your computer or from the files already on the deal.
None of them become a lead, a contact or a company. Your customer list stays a list of customers, and your reports keep meaning what they meant.
Templates that fill themselves in.
A quote request pulls the client name, the category, the postcode and the urgency straight off the record. If a field is empty, you see it marked before you send — not afterwards, in a reply asking what you meant.

The reply comes back to the deal, not to your inbox.
When the supplier answers, MailAnyone recognises the message and attaches it to the same conversation, with its attachments. The user responsible for the deal is notified in Bitrix24 chat.

Your SMTP, your address, your signature. The supplier sees you — no relay domain, no "sent via" line, nothing of ours in the From field. If you leave the company, the correspondence is still where it belongs.

Colleagues see the whole story without opening the tab.
Every message is written into the deal's timeline as its own entry, and the files land in Bitrix Drive. Someone picking the deal up next week reads it in order: what the client asked, what you asked the supplier, what came back.
Bcc:
Oversight, without the theatre.
A director can set a hidden copy — for everything, for one category, or for one employee. The person sending never sees it, in the form or afterwards. Nobody is performing transparency at anybody.

We don't read the rest of your mail.
Worth saying plainly, because an app with IMAP access to your mailbox could read everything in it. This one asks your server for message headers only, and downloads a message body just when those headers prove it belongs to a conversation you started from a deal.
Your invoices, your internal mail, your private correspondence: we keep the message's technical identifier and nothing else. No sender, no subject, no body, no copy. Uninstall the app and everything for your portal is deleted.
